SHIPPING POLICY
Clara House and Garden offers a variety of shipping methods to ensure your furnishings are delivered securely and promptly. We take great care in packaging your items to protect them during transit, and our shipping costs are transparent, providing you with peace of mind throughout the delivery process.
At Clara House and Garden, we are committed to providing a seamless shipping experience. We strive to keep our shipping policy simple and straightforward, allowing you to shop with confidence and ease.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of our product selection, Clara House and Garden Interior products and exterior products such as ceramics, terracotta or clay planters are not eligible for return or exchange in order to protect the product and reduce shipping. Select products ordered through design may be eligible for return or exchange. Each product offered will state the eligibility for return on the product page. The customer purchasing of the product agrees with the return and exchange policy.
Design clients that order custom furnishings through Clara House and Design will have a personalized experience through your design process and ordering process of your furnishings. Each project requires a custom quote and custom delivery agreement of furnishings tailored to suite the clients needs. Returns and exchanges may be available depending on the brand ordered, custom furniture is non-refundable and not eligible for returns.
Customers purchasing furnishings from ClaraHouseandGarden.com agree to the Return and Exchange Policy per product as each product has a varying return policy depending on the fragility and availability of the product, such as antique, breakable, one-of-a-kind products. Most linens are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of initial shipping date. Custom linens and products are not eligible for return or exchange. Each product will be labeled about its individual policy.
